Fund Facilitation –

TEZ helps startups and other Businesses including SMEs to raise funds. This funding can be raised through Debt or Equity. It has connects with Banks which facilitate funding for startups which are DIPP recognized under Startup India Initiative. TEZ also connects with HNIs, Angels & VC Funds to help startups raise funds. For this it gets the startups ‘Investor Ready’ by doing complete due diligence on Regulatory Compliances, Financials, Traction, Pitch deck & Mock Investor Pitches, etc. Then it connects them to Investor groups through Startups Pitches and Demo Day.

Criteria for Fund Facilitation:

  • Company Registered (TIN/DIN)
  • Name/logo registration
  • Final Business Plan ready-written and ppt
  • Final Financials ready (3 year Projections, etc)
  • Website live
  • Employees (Min 3-4)
  • Achieved some traction. (Achieved some customer base)
  • Prototype ready / beta version done
  • Fund facilitaion fee
  • Consultancy Agreement
  • Non Disclosure Agreement
